KCB-55KCB series is suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 120℃, viscosity of 5 10-6~1.5 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) or other liquids similar to lubricating oil.
This series of gear oil pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. The gear wheel is heat treated for higher hardness and strength and runs with the shaft in a replaceable sleeve. Lubrication of all parts in the pump are automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
Pump has a reasonable design of the oil drain and oil back groove, is the gear in the work of the torque force *** small, so bearing load is small, wear small, high pump efficiency.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, note that this safety valve can not be used for long-term work of pressure relief valve, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
